Everything the team needs, without stitching five tools together

Tasks, conversations, check-ins and leave share one member list and one permission matrix. You onboard someone once.

Tasks & projects

List, table and Kanban over the same rows — a view is a way of looking, not a second place to store work. Subtasks, several assignees, milestones, recurring tasks and a 30-day trash.

Realtime chat

Open channels, private channels and direct messages, next to the work being discussed. Replies, reactions, @mentions and read cursors, live on every screen.

Daily check-ins

One or two sittings a day: what you are on, what is blocking you, how you are doing. A board for the whole team and a nudge for whoever has not filed.

Leave & overtime

Allowances follow your company policy, including half days, your own working week and public holidays. Approve on the web or inside Discord.

Annual leave 8.5 / 12 days
Sick leave 5 / 5 days
Overtime 16h → 2 days off

Calendar & Google Calendar

Deadlines, project spans and time off on one grid. Drag to move a due date, sync both ways with Google Calendar, or subscribe over .ics.

Reports & dashboard

Created against completed on one scale, hours logged, what is overdue, and an end-of-day digest posted to Discord.

Documents & files

A folder tree per project, a rich editor, version history, comments, and image or PDF previews in place. Share read-only with a public link.

People & profiles

Who is on what, how loaded each person is, hours logged and an activity history. A status such as busy or away sits right next to the name.

Roles & permissions

One matrix decides who may do what, and you can build your own roles — the choice is never just admin or nothing.

Notifications that land in the right place

The workspace decides which events go where — in-app or Discord, to a shared channel or as a direct message. Quiet hours stay personal.

Workspace administration

Twelve admin screens: members, invites, roles, tags, leave policy, who may get in, how long history is kept, Discord and webhooks — with an audit log of who changed what, and when.

Anywhere, in your own language

Runs in the browser, installs to a home screen like an app, and still opens on a flaky connection. Light and dark themes, English and Vietnamese, keyboard shortcuts for everything you do often.

02 Discord

Work follows the team to where they already are

Nobody has to open another tab to find out what happened. Every task gets its own thread, and every notice is a card with buttons on it.

  • One thread per task. Everything about it stays in one place instead of scrolling away in a shared channel.
  • Close a task from Discord. The button writes to the same row and passes the same permission check as the web app.
  • Approve leave in two clicks. Leave and overtime requests arrive with Approve and Reject on the card.
  • Slash commands. Create a task, list your own, set a reminder — without leaving the message box.

03 Getting started

Three steps, about five minutes

Nothing to install and nobody to roll it out. Project templates ship for software, marketing, events and sales.

STEP 01

Create the workspace

Sign up with email, Google or Discord. Name the company, set the working week and the holidays — everything else already has a sensible default.

STEP 02

Invite the team

Send email invites or share a link that expires. Each person joins with the role you chose, and removing someone kills the link they were holding.

STEP 03

Connect Discord and go

Add the bot to your server and pick a channel per event group. Start a project from a template and the first tasks arrive with milestones.

04 Security

05 FAQ

Questions people ask

Is TaskDaily free?

Yes. Creating an account, a workspace and inviting the whole team is free, with no seat limit and no card.

Is there anything to install?

No. It runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and you can add it to a home screen like an app.

What if our team does not use Discord?

Everything still works. Discord is an addition; in-app notifications, transactional email and the calendar run fine without it.

How do we connect Discord?

Sign in, open Workspace → Discord and press Add bot. Then pick a channel per event group, or switch that group to direct messages.

Can one account serve several companies?

Yes. One account joins many workspaces, each with its own policy, roles and data, and you switch between them in one click.

Is our data safe?

Each workspace is isolated, and read and write access follows the role matrix your admin sets. Two-factor auth and passkeys are supported, and 2FA can be required for everyone.

Can we export our data?

Yes. CSV for tasks, leave and check-ins; .ics files or a live calendar subscription; and a full workspace JSON export for admins.
